We like staying at this place because we are in the area and are not afraid to move. We arrived here at the end of the autumn and only found the time to visit this year. What a treat! We already know about this lovely location, but only managed to find the time to come this year. We are always in love with the place, peaceful path, comfortable accommodation, and extraordinary dining room. There are a number of amenities, such as peaceful trails, comfortable lodgings, and a stunning dining area. We had a beautiful stay here, we could not have been more comfortable. Even though we first booked for one night, we still booked for another and would have stayed for a second night if we could. We hated to leave. We will return as soon as we can. We can't wait to share this wonderful discovery with our friends.

We spent 4 nights in mila in august, and it was the best way to start our vacation, breathe and reconnect after two years of lockdown in big cities. The location in the mountains is excellent, the rooms are beautifully arranged, the staff is really friendly and the food is unbelievable best breakfasts and among the best dinners of our 2 weeks stay in Greece! It is also a good location to visit western create or 1, 5 hour from Eliafonissi, balls, and the Rodhopu Peninsula. You definitely need a car and can trust on mountain roads to visit mila and this part of creation, but the reward is definitely worth it.

The old renovated village is beautiful, as many reviews have noted. The rooms are simple but adequate and there are USB ports for charging phones. The restaurant is excellent with a wide selection of very original and delicious dishes, some starters are quite large, but overall the service was disappointing. Even though we stayed there for 4 nights, we didn't feel particularly welcome in the village. As an example, in other remote resorts, we usually receive a small welcome gift such as fruit baskets or wine bottles. Every day, we had to ask to have our wood refilled in the fireplace because the weather was very cold. A disappointment.

The atmosphere here was very different from the rest, with some of the flavors were different, and with all the food here. They served a great service. The view is wonderful and the view is beautiful. They served the breakfast with the most wonderful food and each dinner we had in the restaurant was wonderful.

If you are a hiker interested in a great place to walk for several days and where you come back to a great dinner in a quiet place, then this is your spot! If you're just looking for a relaxing place to stay, then the drive there may not be worth the effort. The drive there involves some pretty twisty roads with the last 5 km or so on a dirt/gravel road. Once you get there, getting to the reception area and back out again is pretty tricky involving a narrow one lane road. But again, you should be going here if you want good hiking combined worth a quiet place and great food. It's not for the average tourist. The rooms are made of stone and have a nice funky vibe to them. The lock on our door was a rather ancient device and we only got it to work with the help of a can of oil and the hotel manager. The valve in the shower was stuck in one position. One of the USB ports in the room didn't work. But again, if you're looking for a hotel with great USB ports, you shouldn't be coming here. Dinner was great and the restaurant was quiet with striking views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was very friendly and gave us great advice on what else to see while in Crete. Because of the roads, I'm not sure I'd go here again, but I was glad I went.
