Petra Nera Skiathos is located in Agia Paraskevi area of Skiathos island, built on a small hill above the omonymous famous sandy beach of Agia Paraskevi, just 4 km from the well known Koukounaries beach and 7 km from the cosmopolitan Skiathos town. Agia Paraskevi beach is just 150 meters from our hotel and in the area there are many taverns, bars, super market, car/motorbike rental companies, as well as the traditional church of Agia Paraskevi. Just 50 m from our front office there is bus station #14 with regular buses (every 15 minutes) to Skiathos town and the rest of the southern beaches. The hotel consists of 3 buildings in a total of 43 units, whereof 38 rooms & 5 suites, all of them fully renovated in 2025. Some of them are provided with private jacuzzi or private pool.
