The lady at the front desk is incredibly kind and accommodating. The room is wellfunctioning. This small hotel, unlike other hotels operating on the same premises that are similar but dishonest, does not incur an additional fee upon checkin. I had a good value for the money. Thank you.

Booked for 4 nights, non-refundable and only stayed 7 hours. The queue to the jacked elevator resembles a sardine, which was not a welcoming experience for first-timers to honking. Chungking mansion is made up of several hostels, including the Philippines hostel. There are only two elevators in a very busy building, so waiting time to get into the lift is about 15 minutes. I checked in and was surprised to find the corridors so narrow that I struggled rolling and fitting my 20 ka luggage. Due to the small space between my bags and the reception desk, I couldn't close the reception area door. Except for a lady lying down playing with her phone, the front desk service was decent. It wasn't a nice sign that I saw. I entered my deluxe double room and was annoyed by what I've seen. There is no walk path around the bed because the bed is installed between the comfort room walls and the toilet's entrance, about a meter of space. I therefore do not have room for my luggage in the bed because there is nowhere to put one 20 kilo bag under the bed. With the only place between the bed's edge and the closet door and the toilet's entrance, about a meter of space. The toilet is quite small, and there is no shower area, far from
