Sunny Studio with Balcony in Party District

1. Its a residential building, people live in it so please respect it. No loud
activity after 8 pm neither in the apartment nor in the building,
absolutely no parties allowed. Keep the noise levels down in the
stairwells as well as in the apartments

2. Feel at home, treat the belongings as yours. ln case of any damage
caused by the guests we are entitled for a full compensation upon
departure

3. Smoking is forbidden! Don't activate the smoke detector in the
apartment. lf you brake the non-smoking rule inside the apartment
you are subject to a penalty of 250€. Smoke only in the balcony!

4. Take care of cleanliness! ln case of excessive dirtiness upon check
out an extra cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged. You can require
cleaning during your stay for extra fee
You may take the garbage down

5. Linens and towels are placed out for you. Do not take more. We are
not a resort hotel, you can rent towels in the Spas. If you use extra
towels, linens you will be charged 20 €/ piece

6. It's a safe area but for your security always keep the doors locked
even when you are at home. The doors do not lock by closing them

7. lf you behave in an unacceptable and agressive manner to other
guests, neighbours, staff of Rental Company or are suspected
carrying out illegal activities on the premises, you will be asked to
leave immediately and the appropiate authorities will be notified

8. Help us save energy. Turn the heating down, switch off the lights, AC
when you leave
Do not unplug anything

9. We kindly ask you not to remove or rearrange the furniture or
equipment of the apartment however if you still did it, please restore
the original arrangement before checking out

10. Please note that the check out time is at 10 am as we need to clean
the apartment from 10 am to 3 pm prior to the next check-in
ln case of late departure you may leave your baggage behind,
depending on availability
Not respecting the check out time without previous agreement will
incure in an extra charge of 50 % of the published daily rate
