I just stayed for one night with my family. Great rooms with individual clean bathrooms and a shower, nice and comfortable communal area and very friendly and helpful owners. Their home baked bread is very good. And the lovely hosts Stefan and Elisabeth are very friendly and passionate.

The guests in this guesthouse were great. All the employees were very nice, calming, and eager to share their daily life with us. I stayed at the guesthouse for four days, and it was amazing. Everything is fine, including the location, the house, the farm with the animals, sofia still misses the lambs and dogs, the news and superclean rooms, the decor, and the delicious dinner, prepared just for us, the river nearby, and, above all, the family who runs the guesthouse. It was nice to meet you and we're hoping to return soon. giovanna of three generations, sangra and sofia.

We stayed here for one night on our journey around the ring road. This guesthouse is in a separate building from the owners' house, on a working sheep farm. The guesthouse has three separate rooms with private bathrooms. There is a small common area and small breakfast and dining space. The hostess, Elisabeth is a lovely woman with good hospitality. She made us a delectable fish dinner at an extra charge and breakfast with her own homemade jam. Our room was simple, quiet and comfortable. The views from this valley of snowy mountains are breathtaking and make you think you're in Switzerland.

We had a wonderful time at the guesthouse Aegis and made a wonderful start to our trip. The lodgings were simple yet well-done. The entire area and the view from the window were absolutely breathtaking. The proprietors of the guesthouse were equally outstanding and hospitable, making it a pleasure to remain there. With a choice of homemade jams, muesli, and homemade bread, breakfast was memorable, and it was a delicious way to wake up after a restful nights sleep thanks to the gentle sounds of a nearby stream and animals on the picturesque farm. Our sole regret was that we didn't remain longer. Anyone looking to experience the serenity and exceptional beauty of North Iceland will inevitably return because of the ideal location and friendly hospitality. We appreciate the experience!.

What a treat! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We had a great time here! Elisabeth was a great hostess who answered all of our questions, prepared delicious dishes, and showed us around her wonderful farm.
