The view from our room was AMAZING! We stayed in the suite above the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Our room was welcoming and I loved the heated bathroom floor.

La estancia fue excelente. Es un sitio muy bonito, ubicado en frente de las catarás de Godafoss. Tiene un restaurante que es buena opción para cenar porque en la zona no hay nada más, aunque las cocina es normal. En el buffet de desayuno mejor madrugar porque paran 200 autobuses, se llena de turistas y se vuelve muy ruidoso. La habitación es limpia, cómoda y silenciosa. Las habitaciones están en una especie de cabañas contiguas unas de otras con terracita. Muy agradable. Pero todo depende si tus "vecinos" son silenciosos. El personal del hotel excelente.

We were in the yellow side building. Our room was very small. The bathroom was tiny and had the smallest sink I have ever seen in my life- slightly larger than my hand- hard to wash your face. Hotel is right across from Godafoss waterfall- not in the town area of Laugar. Paid extra for breakfast and it was very nice- even had a choose your own espresso machine. Dated decor. Shower very slippery but so small chances are good you won’t fall.

Super nice room. The bathroom was super small. The sink is probably of the same size as an airplane. We loved the little patio and walking distance to the waterfall. Breakfast was super nice, especially the coffee machine. You pay $3000 isk plus 7.5% service fee ($25 usd) for breakfast per person.
