Value for money hotel with good and courteous hotel staff. The hotel also let us do a late checkout at 4:00 pm without any extra charge.

市内中心あり便利なホテル。料金割には快適ホテル。又来れば利用したい。歩いて市内観光できる。プシュカル行きのバス停近い。テレビ音声出なかったのが唯一悪い。

The General Manager was exceptionally attentive to make sure that the staff took very good care of us. Prior notice that the restaurant would be closed for a private party would have been helpful, but room service was excellent. The restaurant on the roof was exceptionally pleasant in the evenings, and a good value.

Continous Foul smell in the room toilet. It became difficult to take bath even. On my complaint my room was changed. Their seems to be some sewer problem

We had booked a standard air-cooled room, and guess that was a mistake. The room had a poorly-functioning air cooler, which only knows how to make a dreadful noise. The room was extremely hot, humid, and uncomfortable. The outside temperature was more pleasant actually. But we could not open the windows as they are not real windows after all - they open to a hall, which is as stuffy and closed as the rest of the floor. I guess they built this hotel only for the winter season and forgot all about summer travelers. But it's not all bad - the service of most of the staff is pleasant and efficient. (Gets better if you tip them constantly). The bathroom is clean and there's running hot water (if you need). The roof-top restaurant (Ambrosia) is very nice - great decor and decent food. The best part of the hotel is it's location.

I was disappointed with the Maharaja Suite I got from Expedia. The rate for maharaja suite is just not worth going to Ambassador hotel. Location of the hotel is in the middle of the crowded market with very small entry space and no parking space. Floor rooms were very dirty which was cleaned after we complained. Hotel services were good and the roof top restaurant was good. Food was tasty. It is good hotel from low budget perspective

The service levels were pathetic. Had to ask for everything repeatedly. The kettle did not work, the basin was clogged, the TV did not work, the room had to be changed twice to acceptable levels.

They have a good restaurant on the roof with superb ambience. I found the staff lacking energy to serve. I think ACs were set with timers to make compressor off after some duration that was quiet irritating..

The Stay was Ok. They do not have parking space. The vehicle is parked on the Road. The guard scratched my brand new Honda Brio. It was very disappointing and very the behaviour of the staff was also not that good in handling the situation. A hotel not to be recommended...........

We Visited Dargah of Khuwaja Gareeb Nawaz, everyone knows these days you don't get space and Hotel Charges excessively ... that right from business angle to an extent.... BUT hospitality is different... our room was booked but and somehow my team did not mention the check in time... we reached there at 7am but Hotel asked for half day additional charge as they have check in at 12pm... how funny ... I requested that we want to fresh and will not be in room after one hours and whole day till late night we will not come back..even next day we will leave the room after 8am and you may use it as we have our return tickets... I think that not hospitality once you know we are your customers and you have rooms available then you should be polite and supportive instead of having cost approach ...
