I have lived in hotels of foreign countries. All of them maintain a minimum level of uniformity like cleanliness, hygiene, wifi connectivity, TV, intercom, airconditioning and most of them also provide shuttle service for Airport. I was happy to find all of them in this hotel. First thing that striked me was peace and ambience, then well behaved and prompt staff. Excellent food! Price wise also it was economical. I stayed there for two night. Good for US consulate related work. Juhu beace is nearby. BKS is within 5 kilometers and auto charged less than Rs. 50. I will go there again if i have some work in Mumbai.

I have been a visitor of this hotel for the last 25 years. Excellent and useful for solo travellers. The location is convenient to the airport and the railway station. Clean place with basic amenities.

I have stayed here before and it's great for a few days. The cleanliness is good, but the food has to be prepared from outside and I don't really feel hungry even if the food arrives and is quiet. I can sleep soundly.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience because my office is very close to this hotel. It's in a nice location. This hotel is close to the domestic airport. Room service is below average. The room we got was small in size, cleanliness was good.

I recently jumped on the Melinda Airways flight from Kolkata to Kuala Lumpur and back. We got plenty of leg room in the economy class, and the airline counter at the airport in Kolkata and Langkawi upgraded us to business class for a very reasonable fee! Excellent Indian food on board and polite staff! Highly recommended.

Hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Airport Shuttle hat gut funktioniert und das obwohl ich mitten in der Nacht ankam. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Natürlich hört man die startenden Flugzeuge, aber das ist bei einem Hotel in Flughafennähe zu erwarten. Es war jedoch nicht wirklich störend. Das Wifi war sehr gut und kostenlos. Habe auch problemlos einen zweiten Zugang für das Laptop bekommen. (Jeder Zugang funktioniert nur für ein Gerät) Für ein paar Tage in Mumbai ist es sicher keine schlechte Wahl!

This hotel is small but very convenient to the international airport. We have used them many times. They claim "free" shuttle from the airport. However, the charge you 200Rupees for airport "parking. Their fee to park was 140Rupees. Not a huge cost but never paid this before. Service staff is terrific. Always kind. Always helpful. All (sometimes overkill) expect tips. We had six guys crowd around the car to load four suitcases.

The room had all that was necessary for my needs, particularly the WiFi which had a pretty good speed compared to other hotels. Being close to the highway made it easy to get to the business districts and many other important locations in the city. The food was very good and the best part was the service and readiness to help, no matter what i needed.

The hotel is located near Santacruz station and a major road, so it is fairly easy to access. It is also very close to the airport, not too far from South Mumbai and interesting places in Khar and Bandra. I was quite impressed by the service; they handled my requests without excuse or delay, even putting my late a-la-carte breakfast under my complimentary tab when I thought I would be charged, and providing me with a free transport to the airport for a red-eye flight. Good amenities and security, fairly clean and comfortable; it was a great place to stay for its rating.

This was good except evening front desk wouldn't allow me a guest in my room, even though he was my friend and not staying the night. Tried to make me pay 800RS for him to eat dinner with me (which I ordered from room service.) Request room 307 if you go, the others were not as nice. Food is EXCELLENT. The Room service was helpful and fast. The room and bathroom were very clean, The bed comfortable. Ac worked and was cold. Not the best area but can take Rikshaw to airport.
