- Foreign National Identification: Foreign couples must present a valid passport and visa at check-in.- Accepted Identity Documents: An Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or Driver's License serves as valid address proof as required for all guests at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID documents.- Local ID Policy: Guests presenting local identification will not be allowed to check in.- Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited.- Visitor Policy: External visitors are not allowed in guest rooms or on the premises.- Alcohol Policy: Consumption of alcohol on the premises is strictly prohibited.- No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to check in before 23:00 (11:00 PM) will be marked as a no-show.- Indian couples must produce proof of marriage at check-in if their address proofs (Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or Driver's License) do not reflect matching details or updated post-marriage information. As unmarried or unrelated couples are not permitted.- Policy Amendments: Hotel Management reserves the right to add, alter, or amend any of the terms, conditions, and rules at any time.- Government ID Mandate: In accordance with government regulations, every guest above 18 years of age must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Guests without valid identification will be denied check-in.- Local Resident Restriction: Accommodation will be denied to local residents or individuals residing in the same city or within a radius of 60–70 km from the hotel. The property reserves the right of admission.
