1. The KSquare Hotel reserves the right of admission.
2. CHECK IN TIME is 14:00Hrs and CHECK OUT TIME will be 11:00Hrs.
3. All Rooms are Design for Double Occupancy maximum of 3 Person can Comfortably Stay
4. The Rooms are charged for 3 persen anly, Aditional PERSON Rs1000+ GST will be charged
5. Extra Bed charges will be Rs1000/- subject to availablity
6. Room cleaning charges per floor will be Charged Extra Rs.500/- per floor
7. During BULK BOOKING all guest must produce the PHOTO ID and address proof at the time stay
8,.BULK BOOKING guest must hand over the rooms key on or before CHECKOUT TIME 11:00Hrs
9. We honours LATE CHECK OUT subjected to availablity of Rooms on PRIOR INTIMATION and its chargable as per management. Guest is liable to pay Extra Charges of Rs.2000/- to extend upto 14:00hrs and after 14:00hrs fuil Room Rent will be Charged by management

10. Security Refundable Charges of Rs.2000/-per Room will be collect by management and will adjust on all Extra Charges & Damages if any found or used without prior Notice
11. Consuming of ALCOHOL, SMOKING, PLAYING CARDS and MAKING PARTIES in the Hotel Premises is strictly prohibited and penalty charges of Minimum Rs10000/-will be charged as per management
12. This Registration Form is legal document and on request by any law enforcement agency, stay details shall be provided.
13. Carrying of any arms, ammunitions or any hazardous items are strictly prohibited
14. Visitors or non-resident guests are not allowed inside the rooms after 21:00 hrs
15.Management shall not be responsible for any loss of guest items or Valuables in the premises
16. Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage of the hotel properties caused by guest/friends/relatives. All loss will be chargeable as per management
17. All bills are to be settled before CHECKOUT and are payable on presentation. We do not accept cheque during checkout time
18. All disputes are subject to Chennal jurisdiction only

The property accepts bookings only from non-local guests. Guests who residence is within the same city as property will not be allowed to check in.
The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room is booked.
