Thank you, threesh, for the excellent hospitality, clean spacious rooms, delicious cuisine, and a good team to attend to all your needs. Everything was simple and simple from check-in. The room service and housekeeping employees were both courteous and well-behaved.

We were forced to remain in this hotel due to some miscommunication with out tour coordinator. We stayed in a family room on the top floor. The corridors and steps are extremely unmaintained. The room was clean and adequately roomy with two double beds. The bathroom was spotless. Hot meals are served at the restaurant here. On the other hand, the bed linen was of poor quality. The water in bathrooms doesn't drain quickly, which makes it awful after a shower. For any reason, you should go to reception and ask them if it's too hot I can turn on the generator, and they won't turn on it until you ask. The room was too noisy, the lights were so dim that one couldn't even read a book. The food served was very oily The worst part is the staff when they come into the room to serve a good or something it would take at least 30 minutes for the room to refresh itself, so if one can spend a little more, it's better to stay away.

From January 9 to January 31, I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located in the middle of the city, making it a short distance to reach anything. The rooms were a little cumbersome, and the room was tidy and comfortable. The complimentary cuisine was good. It was nine in the morning when we checked into the hotel. Breakfast on the first day was disappointing, but the second day was delicious. There is an in-house restaurant where we may order and have breakfast from the room. It was also lovely.

Raveendran • Family Trip

Very old rundown building, can't call it hotel. There is construction going on and workers everywhere, clothes hanging. Layout does'nt look like hotel. Room is very dirty, congested and uncomfortable. AC and hot water not working. Overall filthy place, not a hotel.
