Hotelnya cukup bagus, tapi mereka tidak mengizinkan kami masuk. Kami membatalkan reservasi yang kami buat di pemesanan. Kami tiba jam 2 pagi dan disuruh ke hotel lain. Saya pikir ini sangat tidak menghormati klien dan pengunjung. Dikirim ke hotel yang lebih murah dengan uang yang sama.

One of the nicest hotels in karol bagh. The hotel is located in the market. There is no parking space and everything is fine.

The staff and management were wonderful. We arrived in Delhi during the rupee problem. The manager let us use his metro card. He advised us about many things while we were there. We would highly recommend this fine hotel. The breakfast and restaurant were very good, too.

The hotel refused to provide a hard copy of the bill. The room is nice, and the bed is comfortable. The staff has a very polite attitude. Everything is fine, except for the billing problem.

Enjoy your stay. One of the best hotels in karol bagh near ajmal Khan road. It is known as a palace. The staff is friendly and Mr. Khan is ready to help. The hotel is not noisy and the rooms are beautifully decorated. A buffet breakfast would have been great. However, depending on the type of room booked, it may offer free airport drop off.

I will definitely recommend this to others. This is next to the main market of karol bagh with excellent hospitality, especially the front desk managers, and the hotel is very neat and clean. I stayed with my colleague from 20th to 21st of june 2019 and found it safe for families as well. Best wishes to team swan palace.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated and we had a business meeting. Overall, a satisfactory experience. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. The wifi works well. Good atmosphere with plenty of shopping and sightseeing options nearby. There is also a metro station nearby.

Perlu diingat bahwa ini adalah klasifikasi untuk memiliki kualitas (internasional) dan menunjukkan kepada tamu apa yang dapat mereka harapkan dari hotel dengan klasifikasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, ada baiknya pemeringkat lebih berhati-hati dalam memberikan peringkat bintang yang tepat agar tidak menimbulkan ekspektasi yang tidak masuk akal pada saat pemesanan. Ini terjadi pada saya, meskipun saya membayangkan bahwa seperti di brasil, saya harus mempertimbangkan "margin of error" ketika mengambil risiko di hotel yang bukan jaringan internasional seperti Swaram. Salah jelek! Dengan cara ini saya berharap dapat membantu mereka yang memilih hotel ini agar tidak takut saat menginap. Hotelnya sudah tua, jadi dekorasi kamarnya sama sekali tidak nyaman, malah sebaliknya. Dinding kotor, furniture kotor dan hotel tidak memiliki restoran. Oleh karena itu, sarapan yang disajikan di kamar sangat buruk untuk standar hotel (4 bintang). Disajikan: irisan roti dengan timun dan tomat (1 potong per orang), roti panggang (2 potong per orang), 1 gelas jus bubuk, 2 butir telur rebus, 1 pisang kecil. Mengenai kebersihan hotel, setidaknya bagi kami orang Brasil, kebersihan kamar menyisakan banyak hal yang diinginkan, seperti lendir di kamar mandi, di toilet, dan di wastafel (lihat foto). Selain itu, wastafel memiliki saluran keluar air yang tersumbat dan ketika dibuka, meja dan lantai akan basah.

Akomodasi yang bagus di Karol Bagh. Terletak di area pasar utama dan sangat dekat dengan metro, hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki. Kamarnya rata-rata. Awalannya bagus. Sarapan perlu ditingkatkan dan diperbaiki. Handuk harus diganti atau disegarkan dengan benar. Namun terlepas dari semua itu, saya senang menginap mengingat harga menginap saya yaitu sekitar 2.500 Inr yang dipesan melalui mmt.

The hotel is conveniently located near the karol bagh metro station. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and we stayed for two days. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms were excellent, and the bathrooms were impeccably clean. However, parking can be a concern in this area. It is important to improve the quality of the food, as this place is not well maintained.

We had a pleasant short stay, with lovely rooms, a tasteful environment, and a clean environment. However, there was some hot water in the rooms due to a problem with the geyser system, despite having arranged buckets of hot water. The staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our return journey.
