Guidelines for a Comfortable and Safe Stay at lindsay Manor

› Arrival and Departure

• Check-in at 2 pm & Check-out at 11 am.
• Proof of ID is mandatory for each guest
• Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and chargeable.

> Services & Amenities; Inclusions & Exclusions

• Daily housekeeping services (Cleaning activities & bed making) from 9 am to 5 pm.
• Villa Attendant would be available for basic services and support in the kitchen from 8 a to 10 pm.
• Attendant Services after 10 pm chargeable at * 500/hour.
• Extra services like cooking, ironing would be chargeable and is subject to availability.
• Enjoy "In-villa dining' with our Branded partner F&B outlets.
• Food delivery apps are also available for your convenience.
• Any additional purchases can be made on behalf of the guest at their cost, by our staff.
• Our Guest Relations Manager can be contacted for assistance during your stay.
• Complimentary Concierge services to enhance your Goa experience.
• The use of entire Villa and Swimming Pool is included in the charges, however it does not include breakfast which would be charged extra.
• Booking in the villa is for 8 guests and the maximum capacity of the Villa is 10. For the additional guests above 8 in number, guest charges would be applicable @* 2000 plus taxes per person per day and roll-out mattresses would be provided. Children above the age of 8 would be counted as adult group members. Complimentary stay would be provided for 1 staff member with your group within the villa.

> Losses & Damages

• Tea marks, food stains, and tattoos stains are permanent: please use linen with care. We shall be constrained to charge you for such stains:
- Rs.500 per pillow cover.
- Rs.800 per towel.
- Rs.1000 per bedsheet.
- Rs.1500 per duvet cover.

• Rs.1500/- key would be charged for any lost villa/room keys.
• In case of any breakage of crockery, artefacts, showpieces etc the cost of the subject item would be recoverable from the guest.
• Please use crockery and glassware with caution near the pool if any glass, plate, bottle, etc. is broken inside the swimming pool. a Rs.15,000 compensation fee will be charged for complete draining, special cleaning, and refilling.
• Breakage/damage costs will be deducted from the Security Deposit, and the balance refunded

› Guest Guidelines

• Use kitchen facilities with care and respect.
• Please ensure gas is turned off when not in use.
• Non-resident guests allowed only with manager's permission and valid ID.
• Avoid assigning duties to the attendant from 10 pm to 8 am.
• Help conserve water and environment: avoid linen/towel misuse.
• No food consumption is allowed in the rooms.
• Turn off Ac's/geysers when not in sue to combat global warming.
• Guests liable for losses/damages to villa property.

> Prohibited Activities & Items

• Fire is a serious safety hazard, therefore smoking prohibited in rooms. Kindly use the sit-out & outdoor areas.
• No drugs arms or ammunition allowed on premises.

> Indemnity

• Guests responsible for safekeeping of valuables; management assumes no liability.
• Management not liable for injuries, ill-health or accidents at villa premises.
• Management not responsible for any illegal activities of guest.
