Guest Information Requirement As per local regulations, Madpackers is required to collect the following information at check-in: Full name Full address A recent photograph Mobile number Your cooperation is appreciated to ensure a smooth check-in process. 2. Age Restriction We accept guests between 18 and 35 years of age only. Guests outside this age range may not be accommodated. Group BookingsWe do not accept group bookings online. A maximum of 4 guests can book together via online platforms. If multiple bookings are made separately but found to be part of the same group (exceeding 4 people in total), we reserve the right to cancel the bookings. Dormitory AC Usage Air conditioning in dormitories is operated during regulated hours as per hostel policy. Short-Stay & Tourism-Only Policy Madpackers is a traveler-focused backpacker hostel intended for short-term stays only. We do not encourage long-term stays. Accommodation is provided strictly for tourism purposes. Guests seeking long-term housing or remote work setups may not be accommodated.
The property does not accept children. Only guests aged 18 to 40 years old are eligible to stay at the property.The property will not be able to host guests outside this age range, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. Please contact property for more details.

For dormitory rooms, air conditioning will be available from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM the next day.
