It was a wonderful stay. I made a reservation for a dax room, and they provided clean and wellkept rooms. The receptionist, restaurant, and housekeeping staff provide excellent service to the guests. It was a pleasure to award a 5 star river medal to the employees of the Ridges Inn. Thank you Ridges for maintaining the wonderful and excellent construction staff on your property. All of my friends and family should go to your hotel about your service also. I would also strongly suggest staying here.

The value for money I got here was nothing but very positive, that is how much excellent service they gave, the cleanliness of the banquet hall and room was very impressive, and more importantly, the nice hospitality of the host.

Positive a big room I food is inexpensive and tasty. We tried vegetarian food mixed veg curry and hula. The location is close to supermarkets and renowned restaurants. Parking is available. E accessories are provided in the room soaps, dental kits, shampoo, tea, coffee, milk powder and electric kettle. F debit and credit cards are accepted Negative There is just 1 lift and it is not large only 3 people allowed I complimentary breakfast was not many varieties I room views average. I channels are limited mainly malayalam and not hindi overall a good stay.

The good thing about this hotel is that they have clean rooms with daily service and a nice kitchen serving vegetarian food. But night was noisy due to public roads, hospitals, bars and conference room next to our room. We have already informed them about our stay. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I really like the atmosphere and the location of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the hotel location is perfect. The rooms are large and clean. The location is near the miss and important places in Kottakal.
