1. Any damages caused by pets will be charged. Pets are not allowed in the bar and restaurant.
2. The property strictly enforces a no-party or no excessive noise policy after 10:00 PM.
3. Guests are responsible for all damages caused by them or their pets during their stay. The receptionist will provide the price list upon request.
4. The property does not permit any food and beverages including alcohol from outside.
Extra bed is a mattress and is subject to availability.
Meals are as per the hotel’s policy. It can be served either in a buffet or in a limited à la carte as per the hotel’s discretion
Pets are allowed for an additional charge of INR 560 per night per pet.
Private music systems are not allowed.
The property provides 1 bottle of 500ml packaged drinking water per person per day complimentary in the room.
A self-guided trek to Lansdowne starts from Samskara & Samsara itself. Our location is surrounded by woods for short walking expeditions and birdsongs perched on your shoulder where they come, they peck, they sing and we see, we hear, we rejoice.
Organic gardens with seasonal fruits and vegetables are served as per a la carte. You are allowed to pluck fruits (guava/mausami/apple/pears - seasonal) from the lawns and savour. We also have a plant nursery and guests are welcome to purchase local plants from us.
Please keep your pets under your supervision at all times. As the property is located in a jungle area, the hotel will not be responsible for any unforeseen incidents or mishaps.
S&S is one of the largest properties in Lansdowne, with vistas of Sunrise and Sunsets as your souvenir. THE ONLY BAR IN TOWN - ‘THE LANSDOWNE BAR’ is available on the premises.
There is a designated bonfire pit with a concrete circular stage and sitting area for a perfect bonhomie on the premises
We also provide Corbett wildlife safaris and paragliding on a chargeable basis. Our accommodation categories Glamping, Family room, Lord Lansdowne suite, and Executive room.
We are a pet-friendly property with two dogs of its own - Rudra and Lobsang, your constant companions from going on hikes to playing football or just lazing around.
We are an assortment of flower-laden property for most time of the year with ample space for lawns and gardens for all kinds of recreational purposes including indoor and outdoor sports and its equipment.
