We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived until check-out. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, and every meal was enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We truly felt welcomed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leh and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Excellent food served every day in the traditional way. The hotel is well situated on Fort Road, a 10-minute walk from the main let market. The hotel's rooms have great views. Excellent rooms with excellent cleaning. Every employee was extremely helpful in any way they needed. They have their own organic farm, and the vegetables they get are used in the kitchen.

It's a great experience staying here. Very good hotel to stay. The rooms are very spacious with all the necessary facilities. Food and restaurants are great. Outstanding ambiance and well behaved and helpful staff.

We visited in early October with family 3 females and 1 infant, and we had a fantastic time. The basic rooms are clean and wellequipped and equipped, first of all. The bathrooms have 24 he hot water and are exceptionally clean. The fact that they serve good food and have an impressive grass for relaxing in the sun and enjoy leisurely meals makes me feel that their food and rapid room service are icing on the cake. If nothing else, what really impressed us is the recommendations and arrangement made for our trip to other locations, which was made with a very responsible driver, new reliable car, and very transparent proving. We also requested a last minute change of itinerary, but they did not charge us for a change of day. We were relaxed and content. I strongly suggest this to anyone and will stay there again when I go back!.

The Sangalay Palace is one of the most affordable budget hotel experiences with 5 stars, clean rooms with beautiful views, and delicious food. The food at the Sangalay is truly delicious, with a buffet of non-vegetarian meals served every night. The cuisine of the restaurant is excellent, and the staff is really helpful. Captain Jack and his crew are able to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is an incredible garden area where you can take in the weather and unwind in the evenings. Anyone looking for a budget hotel with 5 star service should try this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay, great service, and the best food. The hotel has a really impressive staff, especially the operating staff, the Capt. Jack, my Thakur, and my Sonar. It was very helpful and all the staff behaved well. The hotel is extremely responsive in providing excellent service.
