Since this place is in a lovely location, things like this will backfire them. The manager must only consider the following things. They are in a terrible position, and such things will cost them. We didn't get a breakfast buffet on the first day, and there was a low demand for it, so we received a small bowl with 4 tea spoons of vermicelli payasam. I was quite happy with it. The breakfast buffet is spacious and clean, the facilities here are very adequate. The employees were incredibly rude to me. They even gave me a small bowl with four tea spoons of Vermicelli payasam on the second day. We did not receive a breakfast buffet on the first day. The position is excellent, and it's incredibly satisfying. The price of the food is in line with the quantity. When I mentioned this to the waiter at the restaurant, he responded, "Apologies, sir, I did mention it to the chef. Next, I ordered the same dish. And this time, I got a respectable price. The fact that the food's quantity balance is extremely awful should be resolved. We did not get a breakfast buffet on the first day. I suppose there was a limited number of people. The most crucial issue I saw was when I checked out I brought all my luggage in the reception area that was filled up

The whole retreat is really beautiful and very calming, no complaints to be had. I went with some friends and was initially quite worried because I had to work as well. The wifi and all facilities were good. The staff took even the smallest complaint very seriously and tended to it immediately. Special thanks to Samantha for going above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

I have to say how much this hotel has exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed here for two nights, and I can't express how wonderful this location was. These men are magic, with the exception of Abhishek reservations, the Pakant service team, and the varunthe tour guide. These guys made our vacation absolutely unforgettable. The spa was excellent. There is a lot of space in the lovely villa, and the housekeeping team provides excellent service and service to make it appear spectacular. The view from each room blew us away. Everyone who steps outside must go here. The cuisine is delicious and quite regional. Prashant and his staff make sure we're well fed, we're one quite happy family visiting this resort. Thanks for making our holiday magical. Best wishes to the team swapnil due.

I will recommend this place to others. My experience with The Torchwood Retreat was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the amenities were fantastic. The room was lovely, spotless, and perfect for a family get together. The only thing I would advise is to increase the speed of the fi service.
