Welcome to our apartment — your second home. We are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, please read and follow the house rules below:
1. Property Rights
Management reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of any violation of the house rules or booking terms.
2. Noise Policy
Loud music or excessive noise is not permitted. Please maintain reasonable noise levels at all times to respect our neighbours.
3. Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment. Visitors are not permitted.
4. Guest Policy
Unmarried couples with local IDs are not permitted to stay in the apartment.
5. Hookah Prohibited
Smoking hookah is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
6. Decorations
Decorations of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the property and within the society premises.
7. Alcohol & Smoking
Alcohol consumption and smoking must be done responsibly within the apartment. Smoking, gatherings, or similar activities are not permitted in the building premises or common areas.
8. No Drugs
The use or possession of any drugs is strictly prohibited, in compliance with the NDPS Act.
9. Religious or Event Activities
Activities such as Mehendi, Pooja, Sangeet, Haldi, Havan, or any other religious rituals or event-related functions are not permitted.
10. Exhibition Materials
Storage or display of exhibition or commercial materials is not allowed.
11. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: From 12:00 PM And Check-out time: By 10:00 AM Only.
12. Loss, Theft, or Damage
Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
13. Key Replacement
Guests will be liable for all costs associated with replacing apartment keys, including any charges payable to the key maker, if the keys are lost, damaged, or misplaced.
