The hotels lush greenery was wonderful. We loved the walk to the rooms through the gardens and fields because it is spread over a large area with many trees and gardens. The rooms were roomy and had everything listed on the listing. There were numerous cafes nearby, and the hotels location was excellent, being close to downtown. All of the staff members were eager to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Although they could have been cleaner, appeared aged, or required maintenance, everything functioned, including hot water. While the bathrooms couldve been cleaned, they looked old and needed maintenance. In addition, the hotel grounds were kept up and maintained constantly, while the pool was immaculate as well. Breakfast was average.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amazing, wellkept gardens. The scenery is simply breathtaking. Its not too far from the center of ubud. There is a free shuttle service available three times per day. Although the rooms are dated and generally kept clean, we had several issues with stained or dirty sheets. In the bathroom, there was an antswarm, but reception quickly fixed it for us. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, however, the fresh fruit variety was excellent.

Ananda Resort sebenarnya bagus. Pemandangannya indah dan karyawannya juga ramah. Namun, koordinasi antara front desk, petugas restoran, dan pihak hotel tidak berjalan dengan baik. Perlu ada informasi tentang biaya pribadi dari pihak hotel ke tamu jika memang ada biaya jika tamu mengajak orang lain untuk menginap di kamar yang sama. Transfer informasi hotel ke tamu ini sangat perlu diperbaiki. Jika ini sudah bagus, Ananda Resort pasti akan lebih baik lagi di masa depan.

A decent 3star resort in a lovely setting, but some of the rooms are very old and infested with ants, to the point where they were crawling over us at night. We live in Asia, so we are used to free roaming wildlife, however this was tad more than we bargaineated for. Breakfast is good with fruit, an egg station, and other amenities, as well as some nice restaurants nearby. Its merely ten to twenty minutes walk from the center of ubud, which has dozens of shuttle drops daily. Wifi needs improvement.

We had a wonderful time here. The resort truly captures the true essence of ubud, which is why we adored it. Although we were told that it would take about an hour, it took more than three hours and was quite challenging. Breakfast was adequate, but we wish the resort had provided more accurate information about the volcano sunrise walk. Apart from that, our stay was fantastic.

This hotel has the most beautiful garden and facilities. The pond next to the dining room is blissful. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are very attentive. I will definitely visit again.
