Pengalaman pertama menginap bersama keluarga. Area parkir agak terbatas, layanan oke, lift kapasitas terbatas, agak berisik, maklum hotelnya sudah cukup lama. Kamar oke, mungkin lukisan di kamar perlu diganti dengan gambar yang lebih normal, tidak seperti lukisan dewasa. Kasihan anak-anak. Televisinya perlu peremajaan kaki, minimal smart TV, Android TV atau aplikasi TV. Kamar mandi dan kelengkapan oke, air lancar. Sangat lancar.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang bagus di pusat kota. Namun, beberapa staf, terutama resepsionis, agak kasar sehingga tidak nyaman. Kamar eksekutif cukup memuaskan, tetapi perlu direnovasi karena sudah sangat tua. Selain itu, ada baiknya jika TV ditingkatkan ke Android TV. Secara keseluruhan, cukup memuaskan.

Pelayanannya bagus, mulai dari satpam hingga staf di dapur, pokoknya semua stafnya bagus. Kekurangannya hanya parkiran outdoor, saran saya parkiran ditambahkan kanopi agar motor dan mobil tidak kepanasan berjemur.

Kamar hotel yang nyaman untuk ditempati, toilet bersih dan lengkap bahkan dengan penghangat shower. Lokasi strategis dekat KFC, Pizza Hut, Richeese atau warung makan lokal dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki.
