Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k, and IDR 500k after midnight. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply.
