Beberapa hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian dan bahan pertimbangan Bpk/Ibu/Kaka adalah sebagai berikut :

1. SIAPA CASA DAGO
Casa Dago adalah Homestay yang di design khusus untuk rombongan keluarga dengan jumlah maksimum anggota rombongan 8 (delapan) orang (sudah termasuk pengasuh, perawat, pembantu, anak kecil, bayi dan atau supir).

Group of Friends diperbolehkan menginap di Casa Dago dengan catatan anggota rombongan berjumlah maksimum 8 (delapan) orang dan semuanya wanita (Tidak boleh campur laki perempuan).

2. KAPASITAS CASA DAGO
Casa Dago memiliki 3 (tiga) kamar tidur (satu kamar menggunakan AC dan dua kamar sisanya NON AC). Setiap kamar tidur sanggup menampung 2 (dua) orang beristirahat diatas tempat tidur. Jadi, total (orang) yang dapat beristirahat diatas tempat tidur adalah : 3 x 2 = 6 orang.

Orang ke-7 dan orang ke-8 beristirahat menggunakan Extra Bed (yang disediakan oleh pengelola) dan ‘nebeng’ disalah satu kamar tidur yang tersedia atau beristirahat di Living Room (yang sudah-sudah tidur diatas ‘bale-bale’ dan atau sofa).

3. KAPASITAS PARKIR
Casa Dago memiliki tempat parkir dengan kapasitas untuk 2 (dua) unit kendaraan. Kendaraan ke-1 parkir di halaman rumah. Kendaraan ke-2 parkir di pinggir jalan (depan rumah). Khusus kendaraan ke-2, diwajibkan parkir dengan rapih agar tidak mengganggu pengguna jalan yang lain.

4. CHECK IN DAN CHECK OUT TIME

6. TATA CARA PENGGUNAAN JACUZZI
JACUZZI dapat digunakan penyewa/tamu pada waktu sebagai berikut :

Pagi. : 07:00 - 09:00 WIB

HANYA pada jam seperti tersebut diatas, supply air panas dapat di akses oleh penyewa/tamu. Diluar batas waktu yang ditentukan, Bpk/Ibu/Kaka hanya dapat mengakses air dingin saja.

8. KEBERADAAN CASA DAGO
Casa Dago berada di bangunan 2 (dua) lantai. Seluruh ruangan pada lantai pertama disewakan (kepada Penyewa). Seluruh ruangan pada lantai kedua dihuni oleh pengelola/pemilik yaitu suami, istri dan seorang anak.

Masing-masing lantai memiliki pintu akses yang berbeda dan berdiri sendiri sendiri sehingga privacy penyewa dan pengelola InsyaAlloh tetap terjaga dengan baik;

9. HOUSE RULES
Silakan baca rinciannya pada Brochure Casa Dago (File berformat PDF). Pada dasarnya House Rules mengatur hal-hal sebagai berikut :

- Ketentuan mengenai batas waktu nongkrong, ngobrol beramai ramai sambil “ketawa ketiwi” maksimum pukul 22:30 WIB.
- Ketentuan merokok, larangan membawa minuman keras/narkoba serta larangan membawa hewan peliharaan
- Kesediaan penyewa diingatkan oleh pengelola apabila di nilai terlampau gaduh sehingga memiliki potensi mengganggu kenyamanan lingkungan sekitar.

10. HIMBAUAN PROKES
Mengingat kapasitas Casa Dago terbatas dan demi menjaga PROKES serta menjaga kenyamanan pihak ketiga (dalam hal ini tetangga di dalam kompleks), selama menyewa, penyewa TIDAK diperkenankan menerima tamu dari luar (untuk ikut berkumpul dengan penyewa);

11. SOSIALISASI
Turut serta memastikan point point seperti tersebut diatas, ter-informasikan dengan baik (sebelum Check In) kepada anggota rombongan lainnya yang ikut menginap.

Jacuzzi requires high amount of electricity therefore it is quite costly for us to turn it on. And not all guests want to use it and they will mind if we put the cost of hot tub in our base price. Therefore, we decided to make it optional with extra charge🙏
Best if you tell us min 24hr before arrival if you want to use the hot tub because it's taking a long time to heat it up (up to 12hrs)🙏

* The room with 2 twin beds 🛏️🛏️ is separated but located just beside the main building. It has a bathroom just outside, perfect, if you want privacy and a bathroom mostly to yourself. It also has an AC and a TV 📺 with Amazon Prime ▶️. 
* All rooms have a table and mirror, just in case you need to dress up 

Please note:
* We have cctv installed outside only. No alarm installed on doors and windows. 
* The villa is located near vast, relaxing greeneries 🌲🌳🌿. While beautiful to look at, you can expect to see bugs and insects 🐞 outside and inside the villa. When you see them, feel free to call the caretaker, and he will gladly take care of them for you 🙋🏻‍♂️ 👍
*Electrical stove may take a little take longer to heat up, compared to  gas stove but it is a lot more hygienic and safe, thus much more pleasant for your family's stay. However, please do not hesitate to ask the caretaker for help to maximize the temperature, if you need to.
* If the water for shower is not warm, please do not hesitate to ask the caretaker or call the admin for help. We use gas heater, so there will virtually be no waiting time for you and the temperature can get pleasantly warm, when you use the shower. However, because the LPG can be used up after sometime, if you find that the water is not hot enough, please ask the caretaker for help and he will gladly solve the problem for you.
*Heating water using the gas heater may make the water flow very slightly slower because of the heating mechanism. But it should nevertheless be pleasant for you to shower with. 

How to get here:
*We will send the exact location h-1  and pin to enter villa before check-in. (our care taker will help you with check-in)
* You may encounter a steep slope, when driving to the villa. But it is quite wide. Cars 🚗, motorcycles and even a 30-passenger bus 🚌 are able to drive up the slope with no problems. However, there are also security guards 👮 to help handle the traffic, if you need them, especially during holiday season, where there may be more traffic than usual.
