- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

- A: Breakfast not included but a menu is available in the villa . Simply let your personal butler know a day in advance. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
