My friend and I had a room each for a week at villa arjun earlier this month September. The property is close to the ocean and as long as you never want to go anywhere without paying a premium to travel with the drivers that the owner arranges for you, you are stuck. And if you like to walk, stop. He says that the water palace is only 1. This is true. However, the road is narrow, hot, dusty, very busy with traffic and there is no footpath. He will ask you when you return about your chances of being independent about where youve been and how you got there if you can find an alternative. I am sure youll enjoy yourself most if you spend all of your money with him. While we were there, something truly scary happened. A mother and her son 16, were staying, and they werent satisfied. There was a huge dispute, and when they tried to leave, he almost ran over the mother with his huge car and blocked the entrance so they couldnt get out. I saw him dragging the son by the shirt before falling down and he was still dragging him along the concrete driveway. The son was yelling. It was very disturbing. There isnt a beach, just many large, smooth rocks. If you were a very confident and strong swimmer, you might want to brave the sea.

It's my first time staying at Villa Arjun and I absolutely love it. Nice and friendly staff beautiful view good food. Clean and quiet. And if you like adventures I highly recommend the Tree House. Thank you, guys. Will definitely be back.
