We greatly enjoyed returning to this hotel. The staff were very helpful, and the location was good. The housekeeping was professional. We enjoyed all the food at its restaurants. I loved the hot stone massage at the spa; it was an effective treatment for my back.

I truly adore every bit of this hotel. It’s a stunning castle with charm all around. The housekeeping service was top-notch. Rooms were nicely laid out with a great size. The restaurants were fantastic — we sampled each one! Big shoutout to housekeeping too, for adding that extra cozy touch to our stay.
