Situated in a picturesque corner of Canggu, Bali, the first thing that greets you as you step into Villa Kulibul is its unique architectural style: a stunning cross between the minimalist and the tropical, making it instantly homey and elegant at the same time. Its surrounding natural landscapes offer serenity, perfect for those looking to escape the noise of everyday life. 

This two-story villa features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a swimming pool on the ground floor, while the spacious living room and dining room boast a cozy sunken sofa and a well-equipped kitchen with tropical countertops, respectively. For added wellness and recovery, the villa also features a private ice bath, perfect for post-workout refreshment or a rejuvenating dip after a day in the sun.

The swimming pool serves as the villa’s centrepiece, easily accessible from any point in the property, always ensuring that everyone is only a skip away from a refreshing dip. 

Climb up the stairs to the rooftop, and you’ll be delighted to discover a wide open area, complete with a comfy sofa, that can be used for any leisure activities tenants might have in mind, such as doing yoga or throwing a get-together with friends and family. 

Last but not least, a view of the surrounding rice fields lend a rustic and relaxing atmosphere to the villa – perfect if you’re seeking to slow down and take a break from everyday life. The sights and sounds of nature bring a rejuvenating sensation that soothes the senses.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
1. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Late check-in after 8 PM: IDR 200,000 fee applies. 

2. A safety deposit box is provided in the room. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended. For additional secure storage, please contact us.

3. Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or property damage within the premises.

4. Drone use requires prior approval due to guest privacy.

5. Pets and durian are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. Quiet hours are from 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.

7. Outside vendors require prior approval. Approved vendors may be subject to a venue fee starting from IDR 500,000. Unauthorized vendors may result in a minimum fine of IDR 1,000,000. If there is any service you require that we do not currently provide, please feel free to let us know your preferences and we will be happy to assist where possible.

8. No parties or events inside the villa. Unauthorized events may incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 and may lead to eviction without refund if complaints arise. 

9. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Violations will incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per affected area.

10. Commercial photography requires prior approval and must respect the privacy of other guests.

11. Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, fire incidents, or loss of property during the stay. All charges must be settled before check-out.

12. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen area only. Open flames (including BBQ, candles, incense, and fireworks) are strictly prohibited.

13. As Bali is a tropical island, occasional geckos, ants, insects, or other small wildlife may appear despite regular pest control.

14. The parking space is available for up to 1 small car / multiple motorbikes. Advanced reservation for parking is needed.

15. Important Check-in Requirement
In accordance with local regulations, all guests are required to complete the guest registration form during the check-in process with our villa team.

- Passport / ID details for all guests
- Visa type and expiry date for all guests
- Contact number of the main guest
This registration is mandatory and must be completed at check-in to ensure a smooth arrival.

Luxury, comfortable, and located around the villa complex, Villa Astinah Nala is in Seminyak area. It is just 4 minutes’ drive to Seminyak Beach and Bintang Supermarket Seminyak, and 8 minutes’ drive to Double Six Beach. The villa provides free wi-fi, private swimming pool, tropical garden, free parking, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide detector.

All three bedrooms are tastefully crafted with wooden interior and complete with AC, flat screen TV and private bathroom with free amenities. Fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, coffee maker, refrigerator, and water dispenser.

Guests can cook and enjoy a meal in the villa’s kitchen or visit Kakatua Asian Restaurant, Warung Leka – Leka, Wacko Burger Seminyak, and Kilo Bali. Other dining options are also located around the property.

The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport, which is 20 minutes’ drive from the accommodation. Airport transfer available upon request with additional charge.
