This stunning 2-storey villa offers 4 luxurious, air-conditioned bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to combine elegance and comfort. Two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering breathtaking ocean views, while the other two are situated on the first floor.
The Master Bedroom features a Dual Queen bed that can be arranged as one extra-large bed or separated into two individual beds. Two of the remaining rooms are furnished with comfortable King beds, while the fourth room offers two charming single beds, ideal for those who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.

Suzuki Villa Ketewel Beachfront is located on Ketewel Beach, between Sanur and Bali Safari and Marine Park. You can visit the nearby restaurants or cafes or head over to Ubud for some cultural & nature sightseeing. The surroundings are totally unspoiled, quiet, and tranquil, far away from crowds and noises. Villa Suzuki Ketewel Beachfront is a great place to unwind completely!

The outdoor area is so spacious! There is a large manicured lawn perfect for the kids to play with! Nothing is hindered! You will be able to see the expanse of beautiful sea views without limits directly from the garden area. In the center of the villa is built a 13-meter private swimming pool. Immerse yourself in its inviting, crystal-clear waters for some mindless wading. You can lie down on the cushioned rattan pool beds while relaxing and enjoying the stunning ocean views!

The living room area is also equipped with 65 inches flat-screen smart TV, Samsung sound systems, and satellite TV! Arts, craft and culture is only 15 minutes away at Sukawati from Ketewel. To the center of Bali, Denpasar City is only 15 minutes away. It takes around 45 minutes driving through the bypass from Ketewel to Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Mana Sari is a private villa with an outdoor pool located in Ubud. The 625-sqm villa has an antique wooden Joglo-style house with whitewash finishing and terrazzo floors.

Guests can choose to relax on the customized teak wood king bed with over-sized cushions, or on the 8 m L-shaped sofa. The property has a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious walk-in closet, and an enormous outdoor bathroom with a custom-made bathtub and a rain shower. The second bedroom features a teak wood queen bed, an outdoor bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the river.

Mana Sari offers a rooftop organic garden, a shady lounge area, and a common outdoor space with access to the deck and the swimming pool.

Disclaimer : Please kindly be noted that we are in tropical area and still in the middle of nature space. Hence, you will hear animal sounds like gecko, frog, and another Balinese authentic seasonal animals while they will also showing up in rainy days. It is impossible to stop these living around the house in tropical parts of the world. We do provide mosquito repellent lotion, maintenance and regular fogging as precautionary measures for these.

House Rules:

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
1. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Late check-in after 8 PM: IDR 200,000 fee applies. 

2. A safety deposit box is provided in the room. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended. For additional secure storage, please contact us.

3. Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or property damage within the premises.

4. Drone use requires prior approval due to guest privacy.

5. Pets and durian are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. Quiet hours are from 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.

7. Outside vendors require prior approval. Approved vendors may be subject to a venue fee starting from IDR 500,000. Unauthorized vendors may result in a minimum fine of IDR 1,000,000. If there is any service you require that we do not currently provide, please feel free to let us know your preferences and we will be happy to assist where possible.

8. No parties or events inside the villa. Unauthorized events may incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 and may lead to eviction without refund if complaints arise. 

9. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Violations will incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per affected area.

10. Commercial photography requires prior approval and must respect the privacy of other guests.

11. Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, fire incidents, or loss of property during the stay. All charges must be settled before check-out.

12. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen area only. Open flames (including BBQ, candles, incense, and fireworks) are strictly prohibited.

13. As Bali is a tropical island, occasional geckos, ants, insects, or other small wildlife may appear despite regular pest control.

14. Ample parking space is available for up to 4 small cars / 1 large car / multiple motorbikes. Advanced reservation for parking is needed.

15. Important Check-in Requirement
In accordance with local regulations, all guests are required to complete the guest registration form during the check-in process with our villa team.
Please ensure the following details are prepared:
- Passport / ID details for all guests
- Visa type and expiry date for all guests
- Contact number of the main guest

This registration is mandatory and must be completed at check-in to ensure a smooth arrival.
