Hotel ini memiliki fasilitas dan pelayanan yang biasa saja, namun lokasinya di tengah kota sangat strategis. Untuk mencari makanan dan transportasi cukup mudah. Hotel ini masih menyediakan perlengkapan seperti sabun, shower cap, sikat gigi dan odol, meskipun beberapa hotel setara tidak lagi menyediakannya. Menu sarapan pagi juga cukup enak.

Tempatnya bagus, tapi lobinya lama. Harus diminta dulu, seharusnya begitu check-in. Semuanya sudah tersedia. Saya check-in harus minta keset kamar mandi, sandal, handuk sudah mau diganti. Wifi lambat. Lalu kamar mandinya kotor dan bau. Saya suka kamarnya bersih dan rapi. Resepsionisnya ramah dan sangat baik. Makanannya menurut saya tidak terlalu enak untuk hotel sebagus itu, meskipun banyak sayuran dan buah-buahan. Tidak kreatif. Terima kasih.

Hotel Takengon ini memiliki pemandangan danau air tawar yang indah. Hotel ini bersih, nyaman, dan pelayanan yang ramah serta bagus. Restoran menghadap ke danau, sehingga menambah semangat dan menikmati sarapan pagi. Kota Takengon terkenal dengan kopinya.

Lumayan lah. Dengan harga 380 ribu, dapat kamar double bed. Kamarnya kecil, perabotannya masih lama. Air panas hanya ada di pagi hari, jika ingin mandi di malam hari, harus bisa menahan hawa dingin kota Takengon yang menusuk ke seluruh badan. Sarapan pagi biasa saja, tidak ada yang istimewa. Tidak ada roti atau buah. Ya seadanya saja. Kelebihan menginap di sini adalah lokasinya yang dekat kemana-mana.

Lokasi hotel ini terletak di Jalan Lebe Kader No 398 B Takengon atau dikenal sebagai Aceh Tengah atau Bener Meriah. Sepertinya hotel ini adalah hotel yang dianggap paling bagus di sini. Harga kamarnya Rp. 850.000. Kota Takengon dapat dicapai dengan kendaraan roda empat sekitar 2,5 jam dari kota Lhokseumawe. Menu sarapannya cukup enak, standar, dan halal. Kamarnya cukup luas dan dilengkapi dengan air panas karena udaranya sangat dingin, jadi AC tidak banyak digunakan.

Pas datang, hotel lagi di renovasi. Sebuah langkah yang baik mengingat usia hotel yang cukup tua. Untuk pilihan makanan sarapan terhitung gak ada pilihan, cuma nasi putih, nasi goreng, mie, dan roti dengan lauk hanya ayam. Tapi oke lah karena rasa nya pun lumayan enak. Pilihan minuman pun hanya teh dan kopi. Kedepannya lebih ditingkatkan supaya menambah nilai daya saing. Untuk staff pelayanannya super ramah.
