Alhamdulillah, selama 2 hari menginap di bigland pada tanggal 27- 29 Juni 2025, kami mendapat kamar 602. Pelayanan staff semua ramah dan sangat membantu bagi kami yang membawa 3 bayi dan banyak barang. Makanannya bervariasi dan enak, tidak ada yang gagal. Hanya kulkas di kamar 602 tidak dingin sama sekali, sudah komplain ke staff tetapi tidak ada tindak lanjutnya. Semoga segera diperbaiki karena sangat berguna untuk kami untuk menyimpan makanan dan minuman. Sebelumnya kami menginap di kamar grand suite aman dan tidak ada masalah.

Saya baru saja menginap di Bigo Land Hotel dari tanggal 21 Juni hingga 22 Juni. Pelayanan dari satpam, resepsionis, dan pelayan restoran baik-baik saja, ramah, dan cepat tanggap. Saya hanya ingin memberi masukan saja, saya menginap di kamar 308.

Sangat cocok untuk keluarga karena hampir semua yang menginap membawa anak-anak, area bermain anak-anak penuh dengan AC dan cukup luas. Kolam renang dan gym, sarapan enak, meskipun ada jam sibuk yang bisa mengantri sedikit, tapi tetap 10 per 10 sarapannya dibandingkan dengan harganya. Bedsheet bersih, welcome drink es kopi, kurang cocok untuk yang mencari sepi. Stafnya ramah, sangat ramah, meminta satpam untuk berhenti mengarahkan parkir, tetapi tidak mau ayah satpam, akhirnya mobil ringsek. Untungnya saya hanya mendengar satpam mundur, ketika dia mundur, disuruh maju terus padahal ada mobil di depan. Ancur, terpaksa ganti mobil orang ini. Ini setidaknya mobil sendiri yang menjadi korban. Tips: Jangan kembali ke hotel terlalu malam saat ramai, parkir terbatas, di atas ada parkir, tetapi sudah ada plat nomor, entah bagaimana caranya.

Saya sangat puas dengan grand deluxe karena luas, nyaman, bersih, dan sudah dilengkapi dengan bathtub dengan harga yang terjangkau untuk yang saya sebutkan di atas. Harga deluxe dan grand deluxe suite juga tidak jauh berbeda, jadi lebih baik mengambil grand deluxe suitenya. Fasilitas lengkap termasuk gym. Sarapan banyak variasi dan semuanya enak. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah gedung karena ada gedung lama dan gedung baru. Deluxe gedung lama, grand deluxe suite baru. Akses ke restoran, kolam renang, gym, dll dari kamar saya. Saran saya adalah untuk jalan atau sesuatu yang bisa menghubungkan gedung lama dan baru agar tidak merepotkan.

Mungkin karena saat libur Imlek hotelnya sangat ramai, jadi kami diarahkan untuk makan di lounge khusus suite rooms. Pilihan makanan, baik di restoran maupun di lounge tidak terlalu banyak, tapi cukup. Kolam renangnya juga tidak terlalu besar, tapi cukup untuk anak-anak bermain. Taman bermain dalam ruangan cukup lengkap. Ada rumah balon. Secara keseluruhan, 4.5 Per 5.
