The room is neat and clean. The water heater is always on. The ac is good. They have a garden so you can hang out with your friends. Super host rent for the second floor.

The courtyard is very pleasant, lush and peaceful. Large room with traditional construction. Basic kitchen. Mr. Bram and his mother are very helpful and kind. The depok district offers many good coffee places and is much quieter than malioboro.

I will definitely stay here the next time i return to jogja. Fantastic homestay with a wonderful host. The gardens and ponds are spotless. Bram will respond promptly and courteously to all your needs. Includes drinking water, toilet paper, soap, and housekeeping services. Excellent hot water. Comfortable beds. I stayed here for over a month and loved every second of it. Very serene, and there are many great warungs and restaurants within walking distance. Also a good location if you plan to visit prambanan, as it is only a halfhour drive away. A little longer to borobodour, but still better than a place further south, as you can just jump on the ring road to get over and up.

Suasananya seperti di rumah nenek yang tua dan indah. Fasilitasnya lengkap, ada dapur, peralatan makan dan panci, galon air, kulkas, air panas, handuk dan sabun, TV jernih, Wi-Fi, dan AC. Tinggal di sini bersama keluarga, ramah anak-anak. Ruangan kamar bersih. Namun, jika perlu sesuatu, tidak ada staf yang berjaga. Respon WA agak lambat. Sayangnya, saat datang, kamar belum sepenuhnya diperiksa. AC tidak dingin, bidetan seret, gas untuk air panas hampir habis, dan lantai toilet agak licin. Tapi tetap direkomendasikan untuk keluarga atau pasangan.

Tempatnya luas dan pekarangannya luas. Terdapat gerbang masuk sehingga lingkungan sekitarnya aman. Kamar-kamarnya juga beragam sehingga dapat dipilih sesuai keinginan. Harganya cukup terjangkau dan lokasinya berada di tengah kota sehingga mudah untuk kemana-mana.

Hostnya sangat ramah dan menyediakan fasilitas sewa motor. Penginapan ini dekat dengan supermarket, laundry, dan juga tempat makan. Kurang lebih 10 menit dari Malioboro dan Tugu Jogja. Harganya sangat terjangkau dengan fasilitas mewah. Keamanannya terjamin. Banyak spot menarik untuk difoto dan bisa digunakan untuk bersantai. Terima kasih!
