The floor-to-ceiling sliding windows offer stunning views of the pool and gardens. You can choose to have an open or enclosed living space depending on your mood. The whole villa is air-conditioned to ensure your comfort. You will also be able to watch your favourite shows and enjoy movie nights on our big screen and 4K projector and indulge in the surround sound of our Sonos system.

There is a separate TV room and adjoining ground floor bedroom (bedroom 5) that is accessed off the lounge and dining area to create an oasis for kids to enjoy their own space, or adults to relax and unwind.

First Floor -

The first floor of Villa Luja is home to four spacious bedrooms featuring king size beds in 3 rooms, bunk beds (2 rooms). Bedroom 1 and 4 include a smart TV, and all 4 bedrooms on the first floor include an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 on the ground floor has access to a bathroom and outdoor shower. The second floor of Villa Luja is dedicated to wellness and relaxation.
