Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.

As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with jungle view, but the road access is quite bad (not smooth and perfect). The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress, and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.

As nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear peaceful noises which come from the insects that inhabit the valley. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.
