Tolong dong Tiket.com update lagi harga harga hotelnya, supaya pas mau check in gak terjadi misscom antara customer dan pegawai/owner hotel! Kemarin saya book 2 kamar dgn 2 bed selama 2 malam, udah payment sekalian. Beberapa hari kemudian saya confirm ke pihak hotelnya, katanya ok tapi nanti akan ada biaya tambahan. Saya tanya kirakira berapa biaya tambahannya? Trus dijawab besok aja pas check in, gampang. Saya kira gak akan banyak dan maklum karena saya book pas hari raya. Pas hari check in ternyata biaya tambahannya 2x lipat. Yang bener aja?!! Trus setelah nego, pihak hotel kasih jalan tengah dengan 1 kamar 3 bed selama 2 malam (mungkin karena pihak hotel ngeliat saya datang ber 3) dan gak jadi ada tambahan biaya. HADEEEEUHHH kalo gini kan samasama jadi gak enak!!🥲
