Saya melakukan pemesanan melalui online, lokasi hotel strategis dekat kemana-mana. Namun, area hotel seperti kolam renang dan kamar mandi kotor. Linen di kamar juga kotor dan tidak layak pakai, saya bahkan meminta pindah kamar. Sudah jam 10 malam saya tidak bisa memesan makan room service. Yang saya sukai dari hotel ini adalah kolam ikan koinnya yang besar dan musik di lobby yang menenangkan.

Hotel ini terletak di area yang tidak terlalu ramai, sehingga cocok bagi mereka yang mencari daerah yang tidak terlalu bising. Saya menginap di Savali Hotel pada tanggal 26 dan check out pada tanggal 28 November 2020 selama 2 hari. Saya menginap bersama 3 anak saya, kolam renang bersih bahkan ponakan saya juga bisa ikut berenang di sana. Resepsionis dan karyawan sangat ramah dan selalu welcome ketika saya bertanya tentang tempat makan, pusat oleh-oleh, dan tempat wisata di sekitar hotel. Penanganan juga cepat ketika anak saya meminta untuk menambahkan saluran TV dalam waktu 5 menit, petugas datang ke kamar meskipun hanya anak-anak yang memintanya. Ketika saya mengatakan resepsionis bahwa kamar agak bau, petugas segera pergi ke kamar. Menu sarapan sangat enak dan bervariasi saat pandemi. Secara keseluruhan bagus tapi kamarnya agak sempit tapi kebersihan kamarnya bagus selama 2 hari di sana, semua perlengkapan di kamar, begitu juga dengan sprei yang selalu diganti. Yang d sayangkan adalah ketika malam banyak wanita berpakaian seksi keluar dari hotel, sehingga tidak nyaman dengan tamu yang saat itu sedang berkunjung ke hotel.

Dari luar, hotel ini terlihat seperti rumah vila biasa. Namun begitu memasuki pintu hotel, mulai terasa suasana yang nyaman dengan nuansa Buddha yang menenangkan. Lobinya cukup kecil, tetapi nyaman untuk bersantai, seperti di rumah sendiri. Kolamnya tidak besar, tapi desainnya bagus. Kamarnya juga nyaman dan bersih.
