Saya berencana menggunakan voucher dari Indo vacation club pada 12 Agustus 2017, namun sampai sekarang belum terlaksana. Pertanyaan saya apakah sudah ada yang menggunakannya atau belum, saya tidak tahu saat itu voucher tersebut. Tidak ditemukan penyimpanannya, khawatir apakah itu digunakan oleh salah satu keluarga saya atau belum? Mohon dapat dijelaskan oleh pihak hotel kapan check-in dan oleh siapa? Karena voucher tersebut berlaku juga untuk Hotel Surya Pesona Pangandaran. Jika sudah atau belum mohon dijelaskan. Terima kasih.

Meskipun tempat tidurnya tidak begitu bagus, namun cukup nyaman untuk ditinggali. Selain itu, terdapat fasilitas kolam renang untuk dewasa dan anak kecil. Udara di sekitar sejuk dan tempatnya bersih, menjadikannya tempat yang ideal untuk beristirahat.

Namun, fasilitas perlu perawatan di sana-sini, seperti gedung tua yang membutuhkan peremajaan, plafon yang kusam, bathtub bocor, dan keramik kamar mandi yang sudah tua. Suasana alamnya banyak pohon rindang. Lahannya luas. Fasilitas kamar dan hotel cukup lengkap. Dan lokasinya tidak terlalu jauh dari pusat keramaian di Cipanas. Kolam renangnya kotor. Kamar hotel berbentuk cottage dengan 2 kamar dan ada pintu penghubung. Banyak pohon, kesannya asri, fasilitas kamar standar (tempat tidur, gula kopi, air panas (termos), TV meja kursi). Kamar mandi cukup bersih (mandi, shower, sabun, sampo, pasta gigi, handuk, WC duduk, wastafel). Meskipun bangunannya terlihat sudah cukup tua, namun masih terjaga kebersihannya. Ada juga restoran dan kolam renang. Lokasinya dekat dengan masjid.
