The hotels extremely welcoming staff are its most notable features. They paid a reasonable fee to pick us up from the airport and arranged some delicious meals for us on the journey. The girl who picked us up spoke excellent English and told us a lot about Gorontalo. Unfortunately, we had little time, but otherwise she would be more than happy to show us around. Even though the room is basic and has no view or mosquitoes, it is nice enough. There is water, and there are facilities like air conditioning and tea or coffee. They served toast instead of rice with eggs for brunch. The hotel is a part of the university, which is maybe why the staff theyre students appear a little overly overly enthusiastic, but they mean well and give the experience some flavor.

We will return when we visit Gorontalo in a few months for some diving. From the moment the staff welcomed us with big smiles and a cozy van off the night ferry from Wakan until they saw us off on a morning minibus tomorrow, the service offered by iran and his student crew was flawless. The hamburg inn provided us with everything we needed, a smart clean room, an excellent daily breakfast, and lots of helpful tips on how to get around town.

We booked this hotel through application, and the staff was very responsive. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to restaurants and a short walk to the mall. The staff also arranged a transfer from the port the driver waited hours for us which we were glad for as it was chaos when we arrived. They also arranged a transfer to the airport the next morning and a snorkeling trip with whale sharks. Very helpful and made a difference in our stay.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a nice place to relax, visit local attractions and go back home. The lady at the reception desk was the best person I've ever met in a hotel, she helped us with everything we needed, let us check in early without charging us anything else, and more. Thank you so much for taking care of us! Room was clean, spacious enough, nice to have hot water located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in the academic district, walking distance from the city center. If you require a tub service please find a young man named Fi chuck Fabio Alesandro who is very helpful, good at English, knows all interesting places and local stories.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hamburg inn. The location is good, the rooms are clean, and the lady behind the desk is very helpful and kind. She was probably the friendliest person weve ever met on our journey through Sulawesi. We definitely recommend staying here.
