Lokasinya strategis, tidak jauh dari pusat kota dan dekat kampus IPB Dramaga, tempat yang cukup nyaman, terutama mudah untuk menemukan fasilitas pendukung di sekitarnya. Pemandangan kota dan Gunung masih bisa dilihat dan dinikmati, cuaca Bogor yang cukup sejuk. Transportasi umum juga mudah ditemukan, haltenya tidak jauh. Sangat cocok bagi karyawan yang mungkin bekerja di pusat kota tetapi tetap ingin lebih tenang atau sepi, serta cocok untuk tempat tinggal mahasiswa. Masuk kategori menengah karena cukup jauh jika berjalan kaki ke kampus IPB heheee.
