I really appreciate my stay. I was happy with everything I got. The hotel was wonderful, as was the location, the staff, and the service. The check-in and check-out procedures were quick, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. They also provided valet parking, and they also provided excellent internet. Although it is good, the room's cleanliness needs more attention. The employee was very friendly and helpful, and the check-out process went smoothly. The breakfast is also great with a variety, and there is a free valet parking for guests.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with very good breakfast. When we arrived, we felt at home. I will definitely choose this hotel if we come to Martin. I appreciate the hospitality, the location is very strategic and the room was very well kept. Very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is delicious. I hope to come back here again.. For my first time staying here, the staff gave us the best service.

Exceptionally well-known establishment with a 700 year old structure. The crew is really welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. One of the employees assisted me by himself to the market to buy a gym line. The sleeping experience is excellent, you can rest comfortably on the bed and mattress, the breakfast is simple, fresh, and delectable, with a lovely view, and the location is excellent in the middle of the old town, close to the bazaar and Ulucami. The furniture is straightforward and superb, and the internet access is excellent and adequate to meet the needs. I will return to Martin whenever I visit. Thank you so much for the hotel, who keeps a lovely memory in this lovely city.

I highly recommend this location for a true martin experience. We've been here for two days and have felt very comfortable and welcome even though we were from such a distant place. This knock, which is in the old town, had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Large rooms, large bathrooms, very clean, very nice terraces where you may serve tea or coffee with an incredible due. A personal note, they did everything they could to assist us in safely parking our car, as well as useful recommendations for different tourist attractions in the area. If you're traveling by car, prepare for an unforgettable experience riding on extremely narrow streets between high walls and climbing 1015 hill with no stop options with their help, you'll be successful as we did.

I'm very happy we discovered it. What an amazing building in the old town that is tastefully preserved. The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted us in parking our car, providing extra blankets, and ordering dinner after the curfew. In the evening, we could enjoy delicious Syrian wine on the terrace. The comfort room was wonderful value for money, with gorgeous vaulted ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom. Also, the deluxe room had a fantastic appearance, try to get that one whenever you can.
