Kamar hotelnya sangat mewah dengan harga yg minimalis. Saran lebih baik pesan d tiket.com kalau mau menginap di hotel mahayana resort sbb harga di tiket.com jauh lebih murah daripada harga aslinya. Luar biasa puas dengan kamarnya puas jg dengan tiket.com. Makasih

The hotel was not clean enough and very basic. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size but no hot water. We had friendly ants in our room. Charging phones etc was a nightmare and the sockets did not work properly. The bathroom socket was probably the best. The internet in the room wasn't working well, I had to keep moving outside in the hallway for it to work ok, which wasn't ideal.

I recommend this place because if you are planning a trip to Kota area and want to stay at this hotel, make sure to sign up online. Despite having a cost of 9 dollars when I make a booking online, the price is very reasonable for this hotel. I found this accommodation to be spacious with a large size room, 32 rooms with AC water heaters, and small pools. You will get friendly personnel, and the location is ideal because it's close to the airport and the Kota area. However, they needed some care. Staff should be trained on how to be a housekeeper. For a short stay, waiting for a delayed transit flight, or for those who only need a place to sleep because they are busy touring the island all day and night, this hotel is perfect for those who just need a place to sleep.

This small hotel is well equipped and in a good location, it's easy to get around Cota and Cuba. We found that the bed sheets and pillows had a very stale little texture to them, which was enough to not enjoy our stay as much as it should have been. Nice small pool..

Untuk masalah lokasi, hotel ini berada di dalam gang-gang kecil. Dari luar tampak seperti rumah biasa, tapi saat masuk akan terlihat sebagaimana hotel dengan dua lantai saja. Selain itu oke.

Our tour guide karyasa drove us from the airport to our hotel. When we arrived in the afternoon, we were given room 101. It was located at the end of the hotel's pool. The room was small, with old furniture. The bed was low, and the pillows provided little support. Cold wifi wasn't enough. Even though the room was supposed to be complimentary, you simply cannot get any services in it. Worst of all, the room wasn't as clean as I anticipated. The safe bathroom was also not clean, and the furnishings were old. But, the water pressure was good and there was a heater, fortunately! The shower gel shampoo smelled great too. However, there was no refrigerator in our little room. We had 2 breakfast options, either western or local. We chose the western, which included salad, 2 sausages, bread, eggs of your choice, and local fruit coffee. We missed breakfast the following day because we had to leave early for our daily journey. I had told the hotel staff to pack the western breakfast for us. Unfortunately, the staff did not do so because breakfast was prepared elsewhere and was only available after we had left the hotel. When we came back, I requested a packed breakfast. Sadly, the staff did not understand my earlier instructions and tossed our food away. English is not well spoken or understood by the hotel employees. The next day, we only
