Sangat nyaman, lain kali saya ke Jogja, saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi. Stafnya sangat ramah, harga sangat terjangkau, ada kolam renangnya, kebanyakan orang yang menginap di sini adalah turis luar negeri. Terima kasih NextDoor Homestay.

Homestay ini memiliki beberapa tipe kamar, mulai dari kamar single dengan kipas angin, kamar double dengan AC, semua kamar mandi luar dan kamar double dengan kamar mandi dalam. Ada kolam renangnya, rasanya seperti di rumah sendiri. Setiap kamar tidak dilengkapi dengan TV, sarapan gratis juga disediakan.

I spent 4 nights at the homestay next door and had a great time. This site is very warm and in an excellent setting. Only 2 minutes walk from the backpacker street, where youll find lots of restaurants that I suggest using. Just order a scooter to go shopping on Malioboro Street in around 10 minutes. The staff can assist you in that, by the way. The homestay is quiet and doesnt make any noise. The staff is friendly and helpful. They frequently want to converse, they will remember your name, and they will always ask how your day was. They also have useful advice and can arrange everything for you, such as laundry, buying show tickets, and setting up a driver. Without charging too much. I know that, and I highly value it. They are also exciting! The rooms are excellent, spotless, and lovely. All of the rooms looked fantastic, and you can choose between a fan or an air option. My favorite part is the pool, and I loved taking a dip and unwind after a day of excursions. Nextdoor is a real hidden gem, and this was my favorite stay in Java. I wish I could have remained longer.

Tempat ini mudah ditemukan dan dilengkapi dengan kolam renang. Meskipun konsep rumahnya adalah seni alami, sayangnya akses ke lokasinya harus melalui lorong sejauh 100 meter ke dalam, sehingga agak merepotkan jika membawa barang atau koper yang banyak.

Konsepnya unik. Bagi yang membawa mobil, sebaiknya tidak datang ke sini karena sulit untuk parkir karena dilarang berada di jalan kampung. Lebih baik mencari tempat parkir di pinggir jalan kampung. Lebih baik daripada diuber-uber warga hehe.

Tempatnya bagus, bersih, dan rapi. Pelayanannya sangat baik. Hanya saja karena akhir pekan jadi ramai, kalau akhir pekan pasti lebih nyaman. Kalau ke sini, bawa sikat gigi dan sampo sendiri karena tidak disediakan.

Lokasinya memang masuk gang sempit, tetapi begitu sampai di homestaynya, suasananya asri, tanpa TV, kembali ke alam. Ada juga kolam renang. Kamar-kamarnya memiliki nuansa tradisional mulai dari lantai, pintu, hingga ornamen-ornamennya. Namun sayang, kamar tidak kedap suara. Bagian toiletnya juga indah, sejuk, dengan atap terbuka dengan banyak tanaman. Staf homestaynya ramah. Sebenarnya saya juga mendapatkan sarapan, tapi saat itu saya lebih memilih mencari sarapan bubur di pasar Prawirotaman.

Di teras kamar, disediakan bean bag untuk menghirup udara segar. Di taman, ada gazebo untuk ngobrol dan ngopi. Di dalam lagi, ada kolam renang yang sangat pribadi. Bagi kalian yang suka bepergian dengan cara backpacker, rumah singgah ini adalah pilihan akomodasi yang sangat nyaman. Budgetnya sangat terjangkau untuk backpacker. Kisarannya sekitar 250.000 Hingga 350. Foto-foto depan pintu kamar dengan pemandangan kolam renang.
