Sedikit cerita pengalaman saya: Bayangkan Anda sudah capek perjalanan jauh dari Surabaya sampai di Banyuwangi malam hari, memutuskan nyebrang ke Bali esoknya karena badan sudah capek. Kemudian anda datang ke penginapan yang sudah Anda booking dan bayar Rp523.000 lewat tiket.com… tapi yang Anda dapat cuma satu kalimat: “maaf, kamar sudah penuh.” Itulah yang saya alami di Palm Guest House Banyuwangi tanggal 22 Maret 2026 sekitar jam 22.30 malam. Status di aplikasi jelas available, pembayaran sudah masuk, tapi setiba disitu anda ditolak karena alasan tidak ada pesanan atas nama anda. Penjaga hanya bilang “menunggu WA dari owner, dan untuk bookingan saya katanya tidak pernah ada info dari Owner”. Manajemen/Owner dihubungi saat itu juga oleh penjaga, di depan saya, tapi owner tidak merespons telepon Ini bukan lagi soal “TIDAK BAIK”. Ini adalah praktik menjual kamar tanpa memastikan ketersediaan alias “TIDAK BERTANGGUNGJAWAB” . Saya sudah bayar, datang malam hari dengan booking valid di aplikasi tapi tetap ditolak “TANPA SOLUSI” apa pun. Tidak ada alternatif, tidak ada bantuan, tidak ada tanggung jawab saat itu. Akhirnya saya terpaksa harus nyebrang dari Ketapang ke Bali jam 11 Malam dengan kondisi lelah, Tenaga habis, waktu habis, uang sudah keluar dan semuanya hilang karena manajemen yang “BURUK”. Yang paling mencerminkan kualitas sebenarnya: sampai keesokan harinya tidak ada satu pun bentuk tanggung jawab, tidak ada kabar, tidak ada klarifikasi, tidak ada itikad baik. Ini bukan sekadar pengalaman buruk, ini cara operasional yang berisiko menelantarkan tamu. ⚠️ Jika Anda mempertimbangkan menginap di sini, pahami risikonya: status “available” di aplikasi tidak menjamin Anda benar-benar punya kamar, dan ketika masalah terjadi, Anda mungkin akan dibiarkan terlantar tanpa tanggungjawab pihak guest house.Popular Facilities
