first time menginap di parma city hotel, pelayanan ramah sempat ngajuin reschedule di ticket.com dan bisa. dari pihak manajemen hotel serta dari cs ticket.com juga mudah penanganan nya. cuma saat menginap malam pertama, AC nya mati sehingga kepanasan dan pengap terus malam kedua pindah kamar AC nya bagus, tapi TV ga bisa nyala. overall bagus kok, cuma wc nya kalau bisa kasi pewangi kayak bau pesing abis orang kencing tapi ga disiramđPopular Facilities
