7. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult as the pool is 1.5 meters deep and there are no lifeguards.

8. Damage to property such as curtains, sheets, blankets, or glass will be subject to a fine based on the value of the damage.

9. The maximum number of guests per room is two, and additional guests will be charged IDR 50,000 per person per night without an extra bed.

10. Early check-in and late check-out are charged IDR 50,000 per hour.

11. Late check-out requests can only be accommodated if the room is available.

12. Additional bed covers are charged IDR 50,000 per sheet per night.

13. Additional breakfast is charged IDR 30,000 per person.

14. If any facilities are not functioning, guests are asked to report it, and Urbanest Inn will make repairs without any obligation to provide compensation. Facilities can be interrupted at any time for renovation, maintenance or construction.
