I would return here and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. From collection at the port to communication at resort, the primary focus here is customer service. The setting was heavenly, with three outdoor pools, and the cuisine was excellent. All of the staff members were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout, making the treatments excellent overall. A single treatment room, which they suggest on the website, is one thing to be sure about in advance, check to see if you need to share or have the room to yourself.5.0/51 Jan 2024

Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit, especially for spa treatments. This resort is excellent for pampering in the spa. Its advisable to incorporate their spa package into the room reservation. We spent three hours there, and it was blissful. The therapists were attentive and welltrained, as are the natural beauty products used. For the first time, we tried the facial treatment, which was fantastic! Highly advised. Also available are an aromatherapy massage and oats. Particularly with the restaurant employee, ananna, the service staff is well trained and considerate of our needs. She was naturally sincere in serving us and took care to be considerative of what is important to us personally and our preferences. My honest assessment of the rooms may seem naive or even spooky to some of those themed rooms. Since there isnt id like to see if theres no bidet in toilets, that was ok. I reserved the madura suite, but it had fewer options and was decent and neutral in terms of design aesthetics because there wasnt one biden in them. Vegetarian and glutenfree, food restrictions apply to all of us.4.8/59 Jul 2024

The location is very peaceful and relaxing and the rooms are beautiful. The staff is amazing, friendly and excellent at their work. Its a short trip from Singapore, made even shorter by their pick up and drop off service. The rooms were tastefully decorated with ethnic influences. We were able to have the pool to ourselves in the evening because most guests came for the day spa. The spa resort is fantastic! Its conveniently located in the heart of singapore, offering excellent value for money. The food and service are comparable to those found in most 5 spa facilities, not only are the spa treatments outstanding, but they are also topnotch. It was so beautiful. The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful. Treatmenst were great. Only a small ferry ride from singapore, i would recommend that if you stay here he day is very refreshing and you really feel like you are on holiday.4.8/528 Jan 2023

The breakfast was fantastic. The setting is excellent! Quiet and serene. It would be beneficial to have a small minimart that sells snacks and beverages! The sultan room is enormous and roomy, with redesigned jacuzzis around the corner. Since the pool is comparatively deep, it should have signs indicating its depth. Three swimming pools are located throughout the resort. Best spa is the best. Very soothing. I highly recommend the hot compress treatment and the bali massage. In any case, they offer dozens of treatments and massage techniques. Staff members are courteous and helpful, and they speak excellent english! Bali vibes will radiate from this location! The location is beautiful and the spa treatments are excellent. This should be the top pick in batam for everyone! The food is also very delicious in a beautiful setting with great service. The shuttle driver was also quite nice. I highly recommended!.4.6/530 Apr 2024

It was a day spa (lotus treatment) that my excolleague and i took for july 14. Strangely but perfect for us is that the ferry wasnt overcrowded either way. When we arrived around 12 nn, it stopped when we finished. The lunch that comes with the treatment is delicious all around. And of course, your location is quite far away. We wanted to give you feedback on how to make the trip to Tempat Senang more costeffective by presenting the boat ticket with our spa package. Why? The ferry totaled to S$80, which is pretty expensive considering that we wont be staying overnight. If you do that, you might see fewer bookings for dayspas. Since we only booked ten days at the spa, ill leave remark about the rooms. Overall, my former colleague loved the fourhour spa treatment because he could choose from four different treatments.
