I stayed at this hotel for a few days. This hotel and location are very worth a visit if you want to experience real Bali. This hotel and place are in Paanga, a small village north of Bud. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can always ask them for help and information. They explained everything and tried to find the best solution for me. The rooms are also very clean and nice and I felt very comfortable there. Free wifi is provided. Your stay supports a social project because the hotel is a training school for Balinese students. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!.

I suggest this hotel to anyone who wants to spend some days in the Payanganubud area. The place is fantastic, surrounded by nature and in the heart of Bali! The staff is extremely trained, kind and ready to help you with anything you need. The rooms are very clean and the wifi was surprising good. Will definitely come back to Step Hotel on my next trip to Bali!

I have visited this place for the past two weeks, and I have found the experience to be wonderful. The step team is constantly welcoming and accommodating, and the students serve you fresh local bali opie or tea. For breakfast, fresh fruits help my day get started really well. The students cleaned the room every day, sanitizing not only the basics, but also the little details, like decorating the cushions and bed linen in the shape of flowers. My balcony's view of the Hung River was breathtaking, giving the impression that you were actually in the Balinese jungle. Schools kids were excited to see, meet, and converse with folks from a variety of cultures. I enjoyed seeing them and seeing my visit very much. People who want to experience the true Balinese culture and society should definitely visit this location. You can participate in a variety of traditional activities, and you can support students in getting the best education, a mixture of theory and practice in one location. I also enjoyed doing some volunteering there, teaching English and tourism, which was a great day. People appreciate it so much if you also wish to do something like this, but only a nice, homey vacation is seen with amazement. So either as a guest or as a volunteer, come and tour this unique Balinese gem.

I stayed here because my friend and I were staying there the day before their graduation ceremony. Even though we arrived the day before their graduation ceremony, the manager named Niko and all the staff here were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and peaceful. It's a good place to eat across the street.
