Cannot speak more highly of our experience staying here on our honeymoon. The hotel feels modern, clean and well maintained even though it has a traditional Balinese feel to it. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, we appreciated the group WhatsApp chat where the staff were on hand to help with anything you needed, including bringing drinks to the pool. The team helped us to book a doctors appointment, surf lessons and a trip to the uluwatu temple and made this so easy and stress free. The food and drinks in the restaurant were lovely including breakfast. The location was brilliant for us as we like to be able to wander to shops/restaurants and this was possible here but no matter how busy the street was outside the hotel felt so peaceful inside and relaxing. Close to the beach and got to watch the gorgeous sunsets every night from the pools and our balcony. Highly recommend.

Our stay was quite magical with exquisite sunset views each evening and an unforgettable experience with every staff interaction. We had delicious food, drinks, and every latte was professional quality. Every time we had a question, it was met with patience and care. Our room was cleaned daily and we were given everything we needed to have an incredible time during our stay in Uluwatu. My only wish is about the spa experience: it would be nice if they stocked water for the guests, and if they did a full mani/Pedi with cuticle care, and deep foot scrub to really get through the dead skin. The girls doing the massage were awesome and so sweet, but I'm afraid they don't understand what a Lymphatic massage entails. I was hoping for some lymphatic drainage of my face also. It was a pretty good deep tissue massage, however. After a massage, especially a Lymphatic massage, water is essential and it was disappointing that I had to wait to get back to my room to hydrate my body. The reflexology massage was pretty similar. I would recommend that the spa offers what they know instead of these options, until the staff is trained.

We stayed in the Bajau Sea View Cliff Room. The ocean view was phenomenal! Great privacy. Only downside was the A/C. Our A/C kept turning off randomly. Staffed tried to fix it a couple times and it would turn off. Keep in mind that all the walls are shutters. Gives great Bali vibes! Other than the A/C. Amazing place to stay.

We really like the hotel, two nice swimming pools, a big bathroom and a bed with net covering to protect from insects It does not have direct access to the beach, but it's very close. It's a popular beach and sometimes can be dirty with trash, but I still liked it. The resort food is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful Management was very un flexible when we tried to modify our stay, but at least we got a complimentary transportation to the airport

Cracking clifftop location to watch the sunsets. Beautiful gardens with infinity pool looking over the ocean. Lovely room, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Local shops, restaurants & bars nearby, as is Padang Padang beach.

I can’t say enough, good things about this hotel, and the staff. Going above and beyond is a regular event for them. Anything I needed, I received. Even the things I didn’t think I could ask for, such as the use of a room to take a shower after I had already checked out. The rooms are spectacular! The pool area overlooks the ocean and the sun loungers are the most comfortable I’ve ever had. The lounge and restaurant area are breathtaking and some of the most comfortable that I’ve experienced. The beach is literally steps away. People say that, but it’s actually true. In this case. The entrance to the beach is right next to the hotel. Restaurants, bars, and cafés are all walking distance. No need to rent anything. To be honest, I could’ve passed my time without leaving the hotel and had an amazing stay. But the best part of this hotel is still the staff ❤️❤️

Indonesia is very hot and humid. We stayed in a villa down near the bottom pool. Sleeping was comfortable in the airconditioned sleeping pod however in the bathroom is is hard to feel comfortable as the heat is overwhelming and I come from Brisbane Australia - known for it's humidity. Further there is electrical plug in the bathroom so you cannot dry or style hair. Then no mirror near electical switch in sleeping pod or bedroom area. There is also no where to sit in the room so you need to sit outside. The lighting is very romantic however impossible if you want to apply make up.
