Satpam: SUPER HELPFULL sampai saya beri tip, saya turun dari mobil langsung menghampiri, menanyakan apakah sudah booking, membawa ke atas koper saya 15kg, tiap keluar-masuk super hangat, nyapa dan membantu, bahkan saya titip barang di lobby saat CO sambil nunggu keberangkatan kereta satpamnya yang ambilin ke atas dan saya hanya diminta memberi kertas pengambilan aja, NGL satpamnya sekelas pelayanan hotel B4 Surabaya (rate 5/5) 2. Front Office: Saya merasa sangat dihargai saat mau h-2 jam check-in, request saya di notice, rasanya note yang saya berikan itu diingat dengan baik bahkan sebelum saya tanyakan ulang, bukan sekedar note untuk diisi terus dilupakan, saya tanya tentang early checkin juga disampaikan dengan baik informasi, kebijakannya, saat proses check-in juga cara menyampaikan SNK nya jelas hingga gak ada yang perlu ditanyakan lagi, detail banget (Rate 5/5) 3. Amenities: lengkap, kalau ada kurang bisa minta, juga sangat sopan bahkan kunci kamar sangat aman, minusnya emang ga kedap banget karena saat mandi saya mendengar suara dari kamar sebelah, tapi its okay karena emang ini kapsul tidak bisa untuk suara keras, kunci kamar aman, hair dryer juga enakkk PUASSS, kalau sendiri ke Bandung lagi akan menginap ke sini lagiii, good job, service nya pertahankan
