Yang paling membuat nyaman adalah ibu kost yang sangat ramah, ramah, dan sangat perhatian kepada semua penghuni. Jika ada masalah, langsung ditangani dan suasananya terasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Cocok banget untuk yang mencari kost dengan kenyamanan dan rasa kekeluargaan.

Saya tinggal di sini selama 3 bulan (bisa bulanan). Penjaganya sangat ramah. Aman karena bapaknya selalu menjaga (sampai saya pulang larut malam, masih ada bapaknya yang tinggal di ruang tamu). Ada juga layanan binatu. Namun, agak jauh dari depan jika berjalan kaki. Tapi itu adalah kosan yang nyaman.
