I spent 11 nights in Bagdad for an exhibition. The hotel is perfect, with nice and comfortable rooms and beds. The bathrooms are also clean. The breakfast and supper buffet are excellent and international cuisine should satisfy everyone. I stayed during the new year, the festival for this night is enjoyable.

I had a wonderful time and had a better experience than my first experience. The hotel personnel is quite welcoming, the breakfast buffet is excellent and offers a wide variety of food and drinks, and the elevated restaurant is a fantastic addition to the pool terrace. Although well-secured, it needs some serious renovations.

My wife, and my 85yearold fatherinlaw spent six nights here. It was fantastic. Has to be the finest hotel in Baghdad. I opted to stay here rather than the package hotel because I was traveling with a group. My best decision when comparing the two hotels was the group hotel. Its a lovely, stylish lobby appearance, completely secure, and incredibly high standards. We had a wonderful onebedroom suite in the room, which was perfect. My wife and I were in the bedroom. The room was wonderful in terms of comfort, amenities, and shower with high pressure and a very nice size. Both rooms had a balcony view of the river, which was amazing. The room would need to be upgraded, but it was ideal in terms of comfort, amenities, and quality. Excellent breakfast options and attentive staff. There is a high level of care for their customers. Diane at the front desk is the general manager. They are wonderful and respect their clients. I was stuck at immigration because the officer required formal verification. Diane was excellent in assisting me by phone. The only thing that wasnt great was the safe location spa. They offer a 25 discount, but they had to be returned so you could hear drilling. I had an amazing massage from ali and a new Thai girl who both were excellent and competent. But the front desk personnel was very unreliable and unprofessional. Overall, I

The breakfast is great and you can test everything in fresh. The room is very small, but clean, has a lovely lobby and great restaurants. The gym is ok. But the swimming pool was renovated so I couldn't use it. Security is very good.
